Eligibility for Returns: Coaching services purchased from CyberVault Solutions may be eligible for a return within 2 days from the date of purchase if no coaching sessions have been conducted.

Refund Process: To request a return and refund, please contact our customer support team at info@cybervault-solutions.com with your request and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions: Coaching services must be returned in their original condition, including all materials and resources provided as part of the coaching program.

Non-Returnable Items: Coaching services that have had the first introductory coaching session conducted are not eligible for return or refund. We believe that the initial session is essential for you to experience the value of our coaching services and make an informed decision about continuing the program.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered for extenuating circumstances beyond your control. Please reach out to us if you believe your situation warrants an exception.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your coaching program after the first session, you may do so, but refunds will not be issued.

Refund Processing: Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
